Because I relocated to Louisville 5 months ahead of my family, I had plenty of time to look for a home, and I ended up walking through more houses with Jane and Kim than I did in all 5 of the other cities I've owned in before, combined! Jane and Kim were great to work with. They never once pressured me on any home, and even contacted a FSBO seller for me when there was no guarantee they would get a commission if I found a home that route. Once I found the perfect home for our needs, Jane's husband Steve took over to handle all of the inspection and closing issues, and was just as helpful. I've done a lot of buying and selling of homes due to job transfers over the past 20 years, and working with Jane and her family was by far the best experience I've had with a real estate agency. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a home (or to sell), and have already done so to a new coworker who has just moved here, and his comments to me yesterday echoed mine above.
