I had, I lived in a home association, and they decided I had a water leak in my house that was going to cost me like, $40,000. And I didn't even have any water in the house, I mean, it was crazy. It ended up being that the local water company had a leak in the main line. They sent in 27 plumbers and leak detectors in here, and my attorney sent in Jim Newman, who works kind of independently. He fixed it. He found one small leak for $75 dollars and fixed the whole thing.

I just love him. He's honest. I've used him since then and I have also called him, like, my dishwasher went out, and I called because I thought that is maybe something a plumber did but it isn't. But he still referred me to an appliance company who did a great job.

He saved me so much. The plumbing company that came in here before was saying that I was leaking like 160,000 gallons of water, and I had another friend who's a plumber who said my house would've been under water. But Jim saved me, he saved my home as far as I am concerned.

He really is so good. He is really kind and really honest and very straightforward. I've used him several times. He's always been very fair with me.

He always comes when he says he's going to come, there's been a time or two when he's said "Oh, I can't get there in the morning, but I can in the afternoon" but he does come.
