Excellent. Service performed in timely manner and repair was done so there were no problems since.

I was very impressed the fact they took the time to explain all the answers to all my questions. I also was wanting to cancel an extended warranty I purchased from the dealership. I bought it at a moment of weakness before I signed the papers. The guys there were very nice. My car was ready when promised.

It went very well, they did a great job. They explained everything thoroughly.

JR's estimates are always reasonable, and they get the job done right the first time, and on the day promised.

Our two experiences with JR's Vovo have been positive. They saved us some cash and I feel comfortable that they are a knowledgable resource for Volvo owners that don't want to go to the dealer. I gave them a 'B' for price because I think we still got charged $30 for putting the zip tie on, but I'd go back there again because I felt like they will try to help you make the most economical choices.

JRs is great. I just purchased a 1997 Volvo 850. I expected to have repairs to do. After a few days of ownership I listed the items I needed taken care of, printed up the list, scheduled an appointment and off I went.

Dropped the car off one evening after hours. Lonnie, the tech, called me right around noon. He gave me an accurate blow by blow of the issues and the fixes. Even recommended where not to fix just yet. They located a used ECU saving me several hundred dollars. He was very personable and communicated very well. He also took time to listen when I added information, or just shared background on the car.

They say they normally take 1 day. He called late that day to say the ECU he had wasn't really the right one. He had another on the way and the repairs would be completed the next day.

Mid morning came, Lonnie called and said the vehicle was ready. I picked it up. Everything was repaired or replaced as needed. And they even marked the date/miles of the timing belt replacement in bright yellow on top of the air filter cover. Can't miss that!

I booked an appointment online and showed up on-time for the appointment. Very courteous and mindful of my time. The inspection on my car was completed, oil changed, etc in about an hour and a half. They have two nice gazebos outside so I waited there and caught up on some reading. I was happy with the service, and although a bit pricey, I would gladly go back.

JR's Volvo appear to be very honest and do not try to sell me work I do not need. They will pick me up and drop me off from my place of work which is a big help.
