I changed to Pirtle from another real estate agent. They finally sold the condo last week. They did not get the money I wanted and I don't think they did a good job because they actually never showed my property. Other agents from other companies showed my property. It sounds like they got the word out, but at the same time, you would think that they are the agent listed, they get 7% instead of 3 1/2 % if they sold it themselves and they didn't even show it. They do a pretty good job of getting your name out and information about the house. They do disseminate information rather well. I am not really pleased that they didn't show my house very often themselves. They didn't seem to really go after the market in that respect. I didn't hear from my agent himself at all during the time that the house was for sale, although they had a secretary call me every week to see if I had any questions. What questions? Nobody looked at the house!
