They came on time to discuss the options. The technician came again on time, finished the installation and explained everything. The training was easy, the trainer kind and professional. Offered time which was convenient to us. Managed to teach the dog the boundaries in few meetings. The whole system changed our life as well as our dog's life.

Did great. only issue we have had is wire going across driveway getting cut (snow plow) and they came and fixed. our dog was prone to running away and has not since fence has been active.
