INTRIGUE JEWELER

We decided to go with Intrigue because of the professional way Sunny Shaheed talked with us.  He checked the authenticity of each stone in our presence and assured us that we would do the same thing when the ring was picked up by us.  He told us about the options and after we chose, he explained the various services that would be provided.  He told us that he would call us with the estimate on Monday after a matching stone was found. 
Monday, Tuesday and Weds came and went with no contact.  We left messages but got no return calls.  We began to worry about the honesty of this business and person. 
Finally, we reached someone at Intrigue who gave us the estimate and assured us that Sunny would call us back.  Sunny then called and explained that they had just located the matching stone.  He had thought it was not necessary to contact us to tell us that they had not found the stone yet, but when I expressed my concerns, he did agree that it would have been better in our case to go ahead and call us.   He apologized and offered a 20% discount for goodwill.  We accepted and told him to go ahead.
When we picked up the ring the next week, we were amazed at how beautiful it looked!  The new stone very, very well.  The rest of the work and the cleaning were beautifully done.  The ring looked just as it did when my husband purchased it!  The authenticity of each stone was again checked in our presence.  We are very satisfied and would use this jeweler again.
