I thoroughly enjoyed all my interactions with Insulation Commandos. They were fast, easy, and I felt like I could trust what they were telling me. Started off good. I was given two separate quotes one to insulate, and patch, and one to insulate, patch and hang drywall on small area on basement ceiling. I agreed to the bigger quote which included the company they use for patching to complete the ceiling in my basement. Now I am being told that was not included even after me sending them the quotes I was initially given for both jobs. It seemed okay until my furnace stopped cutting on because the filter was full of insulation. Owner was prompt and handled things quickly, in a few days it was resolved.
