showed up dug hole found out it was stopped up on city got thier money and left. never came back to fill in the hole. my wife and i did it. Did not even have the equipment to do the job in the first place.

"I am sorry that the hole wasn't backfilled for you. When the city came in to take over, once we got PAST the meter, they said they would take care of everything for you all and there was no need for us to stick around. We offered our help to help with the repairs, but they refused and told us we were good to go. When you were given a price, you told us you were extremely happy with the price you had to pay. I am sorry that this has happened, and if you had any issues, call and I would have been back on site free of charge and made sure you were 100 percent taken care of."
