The company ran a deal chicken promotion, which is why I contacted them to begin with. However, the business partners split. The remaining owner refused to honor the deal chicken promotion because he was not the one that signed them up. However, I made an appointment anyway. I dropped my key in the drop off slot and after 8 hours or more called Image to see if my car was ready. They asked where exactly I dropped off my car. I said the location on the deal chicken. The person I talked to said they moved locations and claimed they told us, which they did not. When I asked why they didn't post signs at the old location stating where the new location, why they didn't take the old signs down, or at least block the key slot they had no answer for me. I asked how I was to get my key back since it was in the other building and was told they had no access to the building and there was no way for me to get my key back. The person I talked to was extremely rude and unhelpful. They could have cared less about the whole situation. It wasn't there problem. I will never use this company!!! Also the official website still has the wrong address on it and so does the listing here (Cargo court). Now I think they are located somewhere off Bardstown road. This company has terrible business practices.

The car looks amazing, the new paint matched up perfect on the bumper and the paint is swirl free with a deep shine. You would not believe it's the same vehicle.

Clay met me in front of the office and reviewed their services. He is extremely knowledgeable and gave me great confidence in his work. When I picked up the car it was ready on-time and looked perfect. great attention to detail. I will use them again.
