They installed the cable boxes. He had to work real hard on my computer because it would not accept the internet. He worked hard on that. He connected the computer to the network. He programmed my printer to be back on the network and my television to my local. I bought the equipment and they installed it. They are wonderful. The price was excellent for everything that they did. They were very professional. They had uniform on. He knew what he was talking about. He did everything that I asked him to. He was nice.

I called Iglou in 5-09 and told them I was moving my service to Yahoo. They helped me do that, but they never turned off my service. I assumed they were providing some service since I was being charged, but recently called and asked exactly what they do for me. They said they were doing nothing and didn't know why I was being charged. I called back twice to ask for a refund and they said while they had not provided me with any service, they kept my account in case I ever needed it again. They said if I wanted it turned off, I had to say those words" turn off my account." Asking them to "move my account" to another provider isn't the same. They refused to refund the money, although they did refund the last two months--which they had not been able to collect anyway because I had turned off my credit card.

"We apologize for the length of time to respond to this report, but we had the understanding that this issue had originally been resolved to our customer's satisfaction. We never received a call from customer requesting a cancellation in May 2009 as stated, so the monthly subscription for web-hosting remained active. Customer continued to pay for their web-hosting account until November 2010, when we ultimately received their request to cancel. When we received the cancellation request, we went above and beyond our standard refund policies and issued a credit for two month's service. Our customer's account was active and usable during this entire time. It is very common for web-hosting customers to keep their hosting accounts active even when moving one of their domain names to another provider. Web-developers often use hosting accounts for the staging of new web-sites, development work, routing of email, and other similar reasons. There would have been no way for us to have known to cancel the service unless the customer notified us, which never happened until November 2010. We regret that our customer was dissatisfied, but we feel that we went well above and beyond to try and resolve this issue to customer's satisfaction, including a partial refund. We take pride in customer satisfaction and make every attempt to ensure a positive relationship."

Overall it was worth the money and time (it took about 2 hours) because now my computer is working much faster and I don't have to worry about buying and selling things online.
