HOUSEMASTERS OF AMERICA HOME INSPECTION

I renovate homes and have depended on Dave Scott for both pre-purchase and post-purchase inspections. On pre-purchase inspections, I have been surprised at how close he can estimate the total repair costs and the number of necessary repairs that most inspectors would overlook. I know in selling a renovated home that Dave has inspected prior to listing that there will be no surprises. I have worked with a number of other inspectors previously, but Dave is the only inspector that I now call on because I trust and respect his work.

As a Realtor I want the Buyers I represent to have a home inspection done by someone that consistantly does a very thorough inspection. Dave Scott with Housemasters has done that and I would and do recommend him to clients.

THEY PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE, TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE WAS PROPERLY BUILT AND IN WORKING CONDITION. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT AND INSIGHTFUL.
