They were horrible. They got out here promptly, he came out, he estimated a few times to get it fixed, he told us that he stood behind his work and then when we had a leak, he didn't and wouldn't even take our calls. He also told us that if we gave him references, we would get a $100 reference fee, we gave him 2 references and he never did get back with us on the reference fee, we called about that and he's not picking those calls too. I don't recommend them at all. It leaked about 30 months after he put it in, we hadn't had any storm damaged either, no severe storms and it's just rain. They were punctual when they came out and put it on.
