HomeMD Inspection Services is a locally owned and operated inspection firm providing comprehensive home inspections prior to the closing and/or listing of a real estate transaction. We are fully licensed and insured and required to maintain continuing education credits annually. We provide a full range of services in addition to the home inspection including Pest, Radon & Mold Testing and Analysis, Energy Audits, and Thermal Imaging of the property to detect latent defects/concerns.

Services we don't offer
Our pest inspections are performed by licensed pest control companies. We will schedule the pest inspection on behalf of our clients and our staff will coordinate the home inspection with the pest control company of our clients choosing.
