There are some issues with the account and how much is owed. I am having issues talking to a human being to get that resolved since I have already been making payments on that.

The person I dealt with was knowledgeable and did a great job. The countertops were of good quality, and the price was reasonable too.

It could not have gone smoother. The plumber showed up on time to remove the plumbing the day before the countertop installation and to reinstall the day after the countertop installation. The plumber was great. The countertop installation was perfect. We are very happy.

After placing my order I was called no more than two days later by R&L to schedule an appointment to measure. Rick and Linda arrived on time. They identified themselves, presented me with a business card and were wearing visible credentials. They came in, confirmed my order, measured, answered my questions, gave me a ballpark time-line (which matched what I'd been told at Home Depot) and left. Very quick and professional. I was relying on a plumber friend to disconnect my sink/faucet, my father for removing the countertop and then eventually the friend for connecting my new sink and faucet. I mentioned this to Rick and Linda wanting to make sure there was some flexibility in scheduling, as I wanted to get the timing just right and be without water in my kitchen for the shortest possible time. They understood and said they were flexible. He asked if I'd bought my sink yet. I had. He said it would be best if he took it with him and installed it in the shop. So I gave it to him. (Home Depot did call me back and say that there was a $30 carry up charge since I lived on the second floor. I could pay the balance over the phone or in the store, but otherwise the measurements R&L took matched mine and there was no other adjustment to my price.) Based on the estimated delivery date I got all of my helpers lined up and a few weeks before called R&L to see if everything was on time and if delivery could be on 8/8/08. They said yes and set my delivery time for 8:30 a.m. They showed up right on time. He came up stairs to drill holes, while she brought up materials/supplies. Together they brought up the countertop (with the sink attached) and in moments had it in place. Considering dad and I scraped the wall pretty good taking out the old countertop I was amazed that they only made one small scrape in the paint...and its easily fixable compared to the marks we'd made a few days before. While Rick finished attaching everything, Linda had me sign and date the paperwork and went over instructions for maintaining the shine and cleaning the counterop. They were in and out in 30 minutes! I couldn't have been happier. Pleasant, professional and quick.

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO. I WAS HAPPY WITH THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE COURTEOUS, AND DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED.

I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM, AND I LIKE THE CHOICE OF PRODUCTS. THEY ARE ORGANIZED IN THE STORE AND HAVE NICE PEOPLE TO HELP YOU OUT WHEN YOU'RE THERE.
