Description of Work: I had decided to take my deck down because of the maintenance issues. I had Walnut Ridge make a plan, and asked for several paver companies to give me estimates. Scott Hill was the most prompt of all that I called. As it turned out, of the 2 who eventually replied, he also had the best price by over $1000. He had another job that was using the same pavers I wanted. By combining the supplies of both jobs, he was able to get both of us a better price on the pavers. We decided to alter the plan by taking out a concrete pad at the back of the garage before he started. I had a post holding up a roof in that area, that turned out to be improperly installed. He came up with a very attractive fix for only the cost of material. ($125). His crew cleaned up after every day of work, and redistributed the earth they dug up in low spots of my yard. They seeded and strawed so that I will have grass this spring. The weather, both extremely cold, then wet, slowed up the start and finish, so it took longer than expected, but I was not in a hurry. They had to hand dig the area to be paved because of the wet and cold weather, and did not charge me more for the extra labor. They properly aligned the patio so that rain will run away from my foundation, and buried a downspout so it will not empty on the pavers. My neighbor, who is very picky, monitored the work and was very impressed with the capabilities of Scott and his crew. He said I was a very lucky lady to have picked Scott Pavers for this job. Can't wait to use my beautiful paver patio.
