We had a pet that was dying and when we called up their they told us they were too busy to put our cat to sleep. We had been customers for years and we felt that was very inappropriate and that they should have worked us in. This was not the appropriate thing to tell us over the phone.

I like them very much. They treat the animals like a family pet.
