However, I was wrong. The results of the poor work done by the staff members, from the person who received my coat to the managers at this place is unique:
1) The coat came back to me, still full of hair and lint. Wasn't that supposed to get removed as part of the cleaning process?
2) The worse part...The coat has a belt, with a very elegant buckle. It is actually what makes the coat very nice. However, the people at this place totally ruined it. The buckle is scratched, and scraped. The edges are so sharp, I am afraid I may cut a finger with it. When I asked them about why it was like that, they said I should have been told that it could happened due to the tumbling process. However, the person who received my coat NEVER mentioned anything about possible damages of the belt in the cleaning process. Otherwise, I would have never left the belt there.
I brought the coat back to Highland Cleaners and ask for a supervisor but there wasn't one at that time. I was told I was going to get a call next day, but that NEVER happened. I called again and again trying to resolve the issue but I was never able to get an answer from assistant managers. I ended up contacting Anne Jones, the president and one of the owners of this place, to see what was going on with my coat. She accepted that the coat should have been hair and lint free, therefore they were going to remove that. However, they couldn't do anything about the belt and that I should contact the brand that made my coat since they should give me a new belt. Long story short, the brand never sent me a new belt and I have my expensive coat damaged.
I don't recommend this place at all. The customer service is extremely poor and you can see it from the moment you drop off your clothes at this place.

The Alternation area is seperate from the Cleaners. The alternator will measure or you can tell her how much is to be adjusted. As you enter the drive, the alternations is on the right of the exit drive. The items are picked up in the Cleaners. The also have a convenent drive-thru window for pickups

They did an outstanding job! This was not an easy job, but we were very pleased with the results!

They are green dry cleaner. They go the extra mile to get it done.

.I had a washer overflow and clothing and bedding was wet and had carpet fibers in them as a result. I contacted Highland Cleaners to see if they could assist me in bringing in the large number of things that needed cleaning. The staff person become quite huffy that I would even ask them to help with a pickup even though it involved more than $1,000 worth of dry cleaning. I asked them at one point to fax an invoice to the insurance company and at first the person who answered the phone seemed helpful but then I received a call that from a person I believe was a manager that they did not have time to arrange anything like that and was informed that went above and beyond anything they did for anyone. A relative picked up the clothing for me and it was a large number of items that involved over ten to twelve trips to the car but the Highlands personnel refused assistance in helping carry completed dry cleaning to the car. I had some UGGS shoes that had gotten damp and was afraid mildew had begun to set in and despite the fact that they cleaned several pairs at over $40 each, there was no visible change in their appearance. If anything they looked worse. I chose this company because of the high ratings on this site and was disappointed by the manager's attitude, lack of helpfulness, almost belligerence over any request that involved anything she felt was extra from them and the cleaning was sub-par at best. I will not use this cleaner again. This outlet of Highland Cleaners manager related to me .when refusing to assist that they found my requests beyond their scope of duties and that it would involve extra work on their part that they were unwilling to do. I found them rude and it seemed almost like they went out of their way to not help.

It went well.

It was fine. I have never had a problem with them. I think dry cleaning is expensive but I don't know how they are compare to other places. I have never had anything damaged or lost. They are polite.
