Highbaugh Concrete & Construction

This provider has poured at least 4 driveways in my neighborhood.  One neighbor proudly showed me the high quality stamped concrete on his patio, and another told me that they had bids from 4 different contractors and his was the lowest.   All the work in the neighborhood is holding up well, and no one has had any complaint.
I was very pleased with his rapidity.  From bid to completion was only a week.  The work looks really good.   He has been in the business many years, and is very proud of his work.  While I was talking to him about his work he and his wife took me on a short tour of some of their completed jobs.  I was very impressed by the stone like quality of one stamped concrete job he did.

Contractor was initially responsive and worked hard to get the job finished.  The final work product has several deficiencies. First the concrete was poured with insufficient fall to allow water to run off properly. Second the concrete was not poured level and has several small pools of water when it rains.  The contractor offered some solutions that did help drainage but the pooling is still a problem. He offered to seal the concrete to help reduce  future problems with pooling but only did the porch and not the steps in spite of my repeated requests to finish the job.
