 + -1 moreTHE OWNER IS MY NEIGHBOR, BUT I GAVE THEM A'S FOR A REASON. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, EASY TO GET A HOLD OF, CLEAR IN THEIR PRICING PRACTICE, AND I FELT LIKE THEY WERE FUNDAMENTALLY HONEST. THEY EXPLAINED THE REASON FOR THE PRICING OF EVERYTHING.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A CHIMNEY STACK, SOME GUTTERS, ROOF SHINGLES, DAMAGED DECK, AND CARPETS. THEY ALSO DID SOME INTERIOR PAINTING AND DRYWALL.
