Installation when very fast in poor weather....

Estimate was competitive, complete and correct.
The work was done as promised and correct the first time.  
Got a 5ft. chainlink fence with custom driveway gate with walkthrough portion on one side and remainder width on other side.
All has worked well.
This is the second time I used Hartlage Fence.
The estimate was right on and was comparable to the larger company estimate.

I chose Hartledge, even though they did not give the lowest bid, because Jeff was confident that his company could help customize a solution to my situation.  Jeff had to come out twice because of issues with my HOA, but he was polite about it.  The problem caused a delay on my part, but when I got the approval to move ahead, they were quick to respond.  There was a glitch with the order and the wrong fencing design was delivered, but Denise solved the problem quickly (less than 30 minutes from the discovery) and with no added cost.  When the correct fence arrived, it was installed right away.  The employee that installed the fence came up with a creative sollution for a portion of the fence that had to be non-permanent and cheerfully corrected the few things I wanted changed.  I think my case was a lot of trouble for a small job, but everyone was understanding and I would not hesitate to recommend them.  I am very happy with the finished product and I really appreciate what they did for me.

jeff came out gave us an estimate and discuss ways to put the fencing in to keep dog in yard as well as to continue to provide us with access to parking.  We had three estimates and this was the next to lowest price but we felt confidence in Jeff and thecompany so we went with them.  I was very disappointed in the communication between Jeff and us after going with them.  Told they would start in two weeks but I had to call multiple times to find out when they would be here.  They did not start in two weeks and when I contacted them they gave me another start time and yet again did not come or call.  Required us to call again and then delivered the materials and just left them after telling us a crew was on the way.  Crew did not show until hours later and just sat in truck and did not let us know what was going on.  I had to call again to find out what was going on and was promised they would be out first thing Monday morning.  They finally showed up around 11 and I must say the two guys that did the work were great and job finally completed after having to wait forfence topping   parts again for several days.  Crew great but would say communication with company and Jeff horrible.   

It went very well. I called 3 companies. This was the most responsive, showed up when they said they would (the others didn't), called when they said they would (the others didn't), and did a great job.

It was great. They did the job, and did it well, when most others wouldn't help.
