I had a great experience at this store. The salesman was very knowledgeable and were able to get me the dishwasher that I wanted because it was quiet and they had very reasonable prices as well.

HH GREGG DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF THE RUST PROBLEM WITH THE WASHER, THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT THAT. THE DRYER MALFUNCTION AND THE OVEN WERE SUCCESSFULLY FIXED. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR INITIAL INQUIRE.

THEY FIXED IT BUT WHEN YOU BUY A NEW APPLIANCE YOU DON'T EXPECT IT TO GO BAD SO QUICKLY, SO I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. THE FIRST TIME THEY WERE ON TIME THE SECOND TIME THEY WERE A COUPLE HOURS LATE. IF IT WASN'T UNDER WARRANTY WITH THEM WE WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
