GYM & SWIM

They never finished the opening and will not return my calls.

Not only did Gym & Swim help us get our pool ready in time for our family to entertain a party of 50 guests in the midst of a great number of issues with the pool itself, their team's customer service was absolutely superb throughout the entire process. I was tasked with "getting the pool ready" for a 50 person part my family was throwing for my niece's graduation. Much to my initial dismay, 8 other local pool-service companies turned me away (Literally 8; I called all around town until I coincidentally came across Gym & Swim on Angie's List at the end of my search.) Each said they wouldn't be able to come out to our pool until late August. One even cut me off mid-sentence after I mentioned I lived in Indiana! Gym & Swim saved the day.

They were wonderful to work with. They took over the job after a previous contractor walked away from the job. I can't say enough about them!! I'm very pleased.

I made an appointment with their office for a certain date.  The guys showed up and closed my pool.  They called about 25 minutes before arriving and again knocked on the door when they arrived.  All three guys had Gym and Swim attire on and all moved rather quickly.  They placed my cover bag back in my garage as requested, left me an itemized invoice and collected my check.  No issues whatsoever.  Gym and Swim guarantees to repair any broken pipes and such should there be any issues when the pool is opened in the Spring.  I have already set 3rd week of April for my opening.

It went very well. I am planning on getting a quote this year to replace the 15 year pool liner.

They designed and built the pool seven years ago so they know how to deal with it if I had problems or when I need to open and close the cover. They were always responsive. I don't have to be here when they do something because they are trustworthy. They followed my needs for the design of the pool. It's 44 feet and it is not a regular rectangular pool it's an abstract shape. But is long enough for me to swim my lap and it's under the sun all day.

Although the job took longer than I expected it was definitely worth the wait. As in all jobs like this there were some problems and this is one of many areas where Gym and Swim really are outstanding. This was a somewhat difficult job as it required alot of excavation because the ground was sloping. The end result was better than I imagined

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY RESPONSIVE. IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS THEY ADDRESSED THEM RIGHT AWAY. I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. IT'S EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB. I HAVEN'T SHOPPED AROUND SO I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ARE MORE THAN OTHER PLACES.
