"First of all I'm very sorry to hear of someone's dissatisfaction in our product, professionalism or any other aspect of our business. We strive to please our customer's to the best of our ability. The accusation that we somehow used the wrong size or wrong type of screw simply is inaccurate. We have to install this product according to manufacturer's specifications or it violates the warranty. A sample of the product is shown to each and every homeowner and they can see the size of the screw which is actually a half inch screw not a four inch screw. The head of the screw only sticks up above the product by approximately 1/16 of an inch. Our product also has the lowest profile of any gutter protection on the market. We can't simply take out all of the screws and replace them with something the customers deems more appealing. Aluminum pop rivets would never hold up under normal weather conditions let alone extreme conditions. It should be noted that the customer never provided us with any option that was acceptable to the manufacturer so we tried offering a discount which he laughed at and refused. I wish we could have had a better outcome but we did try our best."
