Real Estate Service
We used Jason Bottger to buy our home. We contacted him to look at a
home and within an hour we were able to see the house. We did not end up
buying that house, but Jason met us everyday that we asked to meet to
look at homes and always responded immediately. He was extremely
professional and very knowledgeable about the structural issues with
homes. We looked at foreclosures and new homes and he was happy to show
both. Many realtors discourage buyers from foreclosures but he never
tried to persuade us in not buying one. We did not buy a foreclosure, we
bought a home for sale by an owner and he was able to help us negotiate
the sale price and had good reasons for us not to pay full asking
price.
