My review is similar to others I have seen. They installed gutters that do not drain properly, and this guy Tyler refuses to look and repair the problem Instead of doing the job correctly, they have taken the money and run. If the owner cared about his business and did a good job, he would be personally involved to make customers happy. Now we will likely have to hire Covenant or HKC to fix the job R&B refuses to do.

R & B was awesome to work with. They were very punctual and their communication was great. The work they did was outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone. I look forward to using them again on future projects. Scott and his entire team was first class.

they replaced my gutters in October 2020, by April 2021 they were growing trees so I called them to come look, I believed they were holding water. James came out, looked at the area, cleaned the gutters out and put a level on them. He discovered one side was perfectly level, one place you dont want level, and another side that was literally slanted in the wrong direction. He said they would fix it, he would get me on the schedule and the team that did them would have to fix it for free. When I didnt hear anything back, I called again. This time a Tyler called me and after looking at my gutters could find nothing wrong with how they were hung and I need additional downspouts and gutter guards, but he did not agree with James assessment and didn't think his team did anything incorrectly. In other words spend more to fix the problem or we can't help you. I would not recommend or hire again.

They were very professional. Called every day to tell me when they would arrive so I could clear the driveway for their trailer. Deck is beautiful and just what we wanted. Hal Gordon, Stuart, and Greg treated us with the utmost respect and were dedicated to making sure the deck was perfect. It is the envy of the neighborhood.

ALL OF THIS WORK WAS PERFORMED DURING THE PANDEMIC WHEN ADDED ADDITIONAL CHALLENGES TO THE PROJECT, BUT SCOTT AND GREGG DELIVERED ON EVERYTHING THAT WAS AGREED TO, AND MORE. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND R&B ROOFING AND REMODELING.

We had our roof redone. Home Advisor recommended them and within a few hours I was contacted by R&B. By the end of the week the work was complete and the insurance paperwork was also done. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone seeking a new roof. The crew and representative were also fantastic. Thank you R&B!

We did a remodel of the kitchen and a complete finish of the basement along with some other interior painting and new crown molding. I couldn t be happier with R&B and the crews they sent. First every person was polite and professional and we enjoyed getting to know them. I was impressed with the attention to detail down to new light switch, electrical outlet and register covers. I was extra pleased to know that these details were just included in the quoted cost even though I didn t know they would be. This is a top notch organization and I ll use them and recommend them to all my friends.

R and B replaced roof,siding,gutters,paint,plaster,refinish hardwood floors,fencing, tree work and replaced chimney. All work was timely and high quality. His work force is the most professional that I have ever dealt with.

I LOVE MY ROOF! I talked with Scott on a Monday. They came Wednesday and completed the job that day. I'm so impressed. I had two skylights taken out and boxed in. Adam did a fantastc job on texture to match ceiling. Two 1980 skylights were replaced with new ones. Wow! I don't have to turn up TV when it rains. Thanks so much R&B for doing such a great job.

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered they overcharged me, yelled at me and threatened me. BEWARE, old people, they will take advantage of you. I recommend them to no one!

"David, sorry you felt the need to post this, since everything was great until it was time for you to pay for the services we provided. Per our agreement You needed some wood replaced, we provided You pictures of all the wood we replaced and charged You the additional cost so we could protect the warrenty. You authorized the additional cost, and we even gave you a Senior Citizens Discount. You continued to say the "check was in the mail" and it never was. Amazing that you where so happy until you had to pay. You just prove the point "That NO Good Deed Goes Unpunished" As for your unfounded comments about the elderly we as a company do and cont"
