The tech came out the day after I called to enter a routine maintenance contract. He diagnosed an issue that my previous contractor could not and found that they had overfilled with Freon likely causing the damage. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to throughly explain what my options were.

They were very good.  I had a very good interaction with them. They stayed there and got on with their work.  They came upstairs when they had a question or information they wanted to share with me.  They did a very fine job.

The pipe froze in the winter , it had broken been busted for months . He had to go in a dark wet dugout . He put knew pipe in within 30minutes . I thought it would be over three hundred dollars but it was about half that . I'm going to get the rest of the old pipes replaced before winter ny them . Best plumber and honest I have ever had.

I heard very positive comments about Tony Moyer@Glanz at Angies list. I hired him for my heater replacement. He is truly professional and you can count on. Excellent work, great attitude, and timely service including wrapping up cleaning. If I need the service, Glanz and Tony will be my first choice.

Tony arrived exactly on time. Explained what he was going to do and followed thru to make sure everything was working as it should. He was completely competent and professional.

The tech lacked basic understanding of steam heating, he may be a great tech for other things, but he did not understand how steam heating worked.

Glanz installed both air conditioning and the furnace.This company made us feel like we were special and they came across as very interested in our business, a rarity in this day and age. The location of our furnace and air conditioner are in a hard-to-reach place, and I was surprised they were able to work it out and finish it with no trouble. Their price and quality is top-notch. Glanz is a very professional company I will keep using.

They have pretty reliable service. They come when they are going to and they do a good job. They not only do plumbing but also repair the heat pump. If we don't like somebody we don't go back. We will use them again.

I have used Buffat and their sister company Glanz for about 5 years. They have serviced my rent houses, my home and installed several appliances in my kitchen remodel (because a certified HVAC is required for warrenty). I even have their # on speed dial. Because you never know when the heating or AC will go out. They come out quickly, diagnos and fix the problem usually in one visit. I am a believer in anual maintance because my houses are 20+ years old. Their cost are a little on the higher end but #1 you get what you pay for; and #2 they are always good at saving me $.

We did have it cleaned two times, but we had too many tree roots in the older tile piping. We give this a and quot;C: for quality because the workers could not find the outside drain line easily. We had 2 big trenches dug before finding the drain line. This may have been the layout of the property, but it really delayed the work.
We have not had any trouble from this line in the past 11 yrs since it was installed. This would be a plus for quality.
We have used this particular company for many years for other needs ( yearly AC/ Furnace preventive services). This company also installed our 1997 water heater which still works well.

We used them mainly as the drain was clogged up; however, immediately after they cleared it the drain clogged up again. Then they charged us again for coming back. We did not like that as it was the same job. That is the reason we stopped using them. They were one of the few people who worked on Lennox furnaces and we used them for that. However, since they moved location we changed to another company.

The work they did, did not pass the inspection. The plumbing they did, did not fix the problem. They overcharged me for the job also, because of the way put the plumbing in, I was not able to put in a dormer over the kitchen. It was a nightmare.

I have tried 3 different times to contact this company, as they were the original installers of our furnance and air conditioning. This past summer I called them on a Sat. because LGE had shut off my gas service due to leak. The party that answered the phone said someone would be out by noon on Monday. They never showed up. They do not respond to their email or fax. Since then I have tried to contact them again for other problems and have just decided it is not worth the hassle. I am now using another company for my plumbing and hvac needs.

They are very nice. We will have to call them out for getting some work done on the AC and furnace. We had 3 problems and the plumber took care of one of them. We thought that there was a leak and he told us that it wasn’t leaking and informed us that it was just a vibration. There is also a hole in the wall which we have to take care of. He has the permission to do that work too. They are going to come back to fix some things for the bathroom tub since the screws have broken. They are also going to come back to install new faucets in the kitchen. I paid $157 for what the plumber did while he was here but it will be more when he comes to finish everything. He is very personable, careful and clean. He cleaned up after himself which was really good. I felt like the price charged was reasonable. They had come over six years ago for AC and furnace work. I think they installed our furnace too but I am not sure since it was 38 years ago and we still have the same furnace. We used to call them for servicing our AC whenever needed. I am sure that if we choose another company now to get the work done on our AC, then they would charge twice as much. Everything about them is very good. The plumber is very punctual. He was supposed to come later but he finished up his other work and asked me if he could come out and I agreed. We would definitely use his services again.

They have been satisfactory, but they are expensive. We've used them in the past, I don't know that they would be my first choice now. They are professional and they put something over their shoes when entering your house. They do do a good job. I would use them again if it was for a big job.

On the morning it broke, it was 98 degrees so I had them come out on a weekend which costs a bit more and then the part costs a bit as well. Overall they did very well.

Glanz gave us a competetive quote on a tankless water heater and some other plumbing work ,and Alan was very thorough when he came to the house to do the quote. When the crew arrived, however, the lead man was more difficult, and was very negative about everything. When I saw the finished work it didn't appear to be a professional job to me. T he new feed pipes and gas line were not installed in a workmanlike manner, for one thing. I called Alan and he scheduled a different plumber to come to the house, who straightened everything out and made sure we were satisfied. So, although we were initially not happy with their work, we were fully satisfied in the end. I would happily use them again for installation or repair.

They have done work for me before. I found them to be very efficient. They come on time and they are to the point as far as giving the estimate. I was was able to confirm that their estimate was good with another company. I felt like I could trust their estimate and the work they did. They are very competent.

They did not complete the service. The first time they came out to give me an estimate I was told they did not have the needed part on their truck and it was too late in the day to go to the office and get it. They said the office would call me back and they did. We set up another appointment. A different plumber came the second time, about a week later. He also did not have the part. He seemed irritated that he hadn't been told by the previous guys what was needed and said he'd have the office call me back to set up another appointment. They never called. All the plumbers I saw wore uniforms and had trucks that said "Glanz," not "Buffat."
