They were very helpful.  I did not have anymore problems with the car overheating.

He is very consistent with his services and also very nice to work with. He will tell you whats going on before he charges you and always does a thorough diagnosis.

My car broke down on the way home from work and i got it towed there. After inspection the owner Doug called and explained the alternator was bad. They gave me a price based on the average time it would take to perform repair plus parts. Price seemed fair so I told them to fix it. Have not had any problems,.

I had estimates on brakes from 3 other places (Ken Towery, Gemini, and Sears)...all wanted $350 to replace the rear brakes. Ten months prior, I had a chain store replace the front brakes for $500 (brakes and rotors) and they used the cheapo pads which were getting thin, so the front brakes were shot less than a year after replacement. Gene's replaced both the front and rear brakes for under $400, using good pads. Our family was so tired of getting ripped off but now we know one reliable, honest auto shop that offers fair prices....thank you Gene's Auto Center!

What a great group of people, I will never take our cars anywhere else. My son spent over $1000 over a 2 year period trying to find out what was causing the check engine light to come on. At first it was intermittent, then it stayed on constantly but seemed to drive ok, a little rough idle at times. We've had his car to Mazda dealerships, small repair shops, and chain shops...and they would change out parts with the same results.

Gene's diagnosed it the first time (some sensor), changed bearings in front end, did a tune-up and it runs great! We were dreading a big bill, at least $600 - $700 but to our surprise, they did all this work for $285. And the brakes were fine. They saved us money during a time where we needed a break (mother's medical bills) and we're so happy to have found this shop. God Bless and Thanks!
