They are a nationwide company. I called 1-800 number and they sent someone out. I paid for the service call. The serviceman was very nice. It was going to cost me $350 to get the refrigerator fixed. It was the part that I don't ever use. I asked him if we could turn that part off, and he said sure and a lot of people do this. He was agreeable to do it and didn't try to keep me from it, so it saved me some money. He knew what he was doing.
