Shady company. 4 year old ac unit has broken down every single year and even though it’s “under warranty” I have to pay for labor every time. It’s been almost $1000 so far on a new unit. Ridiculous.

Can I give 0 stars? The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their system sucks and it’s currently 80 degrees in my house when both of my thermostats are set to 70. My unit has been running all day. I will never recommend or use this company again.

I have a 26 year old A/C unit that was not cooling. ?I assumed it needed a Freon charge. ?It did not. ?The fan had locked up. ?The repairman told me I might need a new motor and that would run between $600 to $800. ?As it turned out, he was able to unlock the fan motor, replace a rusted $5 part and clean the coils then he advised me how to keep the coils clean. ?Someone else would have tried to convince me that it needed a new fan motor and a Freon charge and charged me $1200 or tried to convince me to replace the old unit and spend thousands.? He did not. ?He was honest and simply repaired the unit for a nominal fee. ?Hopefully this unit will last through the summer, but when it does go out again, I will be calling Futch back. ?I would highly recommend them.

They stand behing their stuff. I am having problems with it, they were out today. I have a leak, so they are getting me a new coil. Everytime I have called them, they have come out. When he came out, he was very informative about what I would need.

We absolutely could not be more pleased. The technician arrived precisely as scheduled -- perhaps even a little early. He performed a very thorough inspection of our unit and provided us a great deal more information than what we obtained pursuant to the home inspection (when we purchased the home three months ago). He was incredibly knowledgeable, very very respectful and personable. He took his time to ensure not only that our initial problem was corrected, but that we were well-informed about issues and potential issues we would face with the particular unit in the future. I had used Futch 20+ years ago and was very pleased. It is good to know the company is still as great as it was then!

A few years ago we had them install a split system for heating. My husband had questions on the set point of the temp. The continued to come back and make any changes that my husband requested to get the unit running as efficiently as possible.
when we had any problem they were there to correct anything.....

They were on time. I don't remember a whole lot. I don't remember having problems with them.
