.The company provided a very fair price to complete our roof. It took them a long time to get started on the roof, once they had already received half of the payment. (over 3 weeks). Finally the shingle part of the roof was completed by a 1 man crew, so it took longer to complete that part. After the shingle part was completed it took another 3 weeks for them to start on the "rolled-roofing" for the flat part of the roof. They had called and asked me for $1600 to purchase the materials for this part. I was not suppose to pay them until all work was completed. I decided to go ahead and pay them the $1600, as I was hoping that this would expedite the completion of the flat part of the roof. It did not. I had to make ay least 10 calls to get this part of the roof completed. Through out the roofing project, I had to make numerous calls to Fullspec Roofing. They did a very poor job of keeping me updated with any information.
I think that the cost was fair, the shingle part of the roof was quality work also. I am unhappy with the flat part of the roof, as it does not look very professional. It has "waves" at the edge of the roof. I do not think that I should be the party responsible for contacting the company to find out when my project would be started, and when work would be completed. I understand a few calls are necessary, but I had to make 98% of the calls.

Response from Fullspec Roofing
"We did a fair job for him and the shingles were done correctly. The flat roof did take longer then expected as we were forced to work around the weather. We did keep in contact with the homeowner and this is the first we have heard of any problems with the flat part of the roof. We have an outstanding consumer rateing and have recieve praise from numerous homeowners during our 40 years in business. However, when you have this many customers there will be a percentage you cannot make happy no matter how hard you try. I am sorry this one is not happy with our service and will admit that our rubber crew was also working on a church in addition to the weather and this did also add to the delay in his roof. However we did instal a premium roof on his home and would have been glad to address any percieved problems with his roof had he notified us of them."

very unplesant experience.
Response from Fullspec Roofing
"This woman agreed to a contract and then decided not to pay. The gentleman she refers to is a grandfather. Her BBB complaint was found to have no merit and false. She simply did not have the money to pay for the work she agreed to and is trying to make up reasons. Please note the BBB and not this. She is the one who is unpleasant and a failure."
