Very professional owner assisted with my need to have pearls restrung to fix a clasp that had come untied.
They got the job done and back when i needed it back and the price was as quoted. Very nice people to work with on this repair.

As I stated above the workmanship there is highly professional and reliable. Personnel are well trained and have extensive backgrounds in the field. The owner is cute as a button and smart as a whip. She finds the most unique artists in stunning jewelry! I even left some jewelry for repair and polishing because I know the quality is excellent! The appraisals went extremely well so I went back and deposited many other pieces for evaluation recently. It has been a great experience working with staff there!
