I appreciate their efforts to keep the cost down and to give us options.
Frank and his son are a small operation. They take the time to do things right. I enjoyed listening to them discuss various problems they encountered. There is a great deal of respect for one another. They listened to each others ideas on how to address problems. I think we got a better product because of their discussions with each other and me.
Our general contractor brought Frank onto our project. He told us he would bring great people to our home and he was sure right. We will being using Frank on future projects.
Overall it was a good experience. We would use Frank's again.
- 1) Removal of a residential surge suppressor
- 2) Replacing an outdoor GFCI outlet
- 3) Replacing damaged electrical wire inside a can light
- 4) Inspecting and repairing an electric wire damaged during remodeling
Chris came out the day of the appointment and as promised, called me an hour before arrival to make sure there was someone home. He later mentioned that he does that because he has had instances where he showed up for the appointment at the agreed time but no one was home. Chris was courteous and professional. He even asked if he could keep his footwear on or if I preferred he remove the same.
He outlined what he had found and explained the work. All of the work was done quickly and correctly and he moved from one task to the next without any delay. I was very happy with his work. Will use them again.

Arrived at the agreed time and completed the install. Reviewed the invoice and the work that was completed. Very professional. I will call them again.

"It was actually fun working on the living room. Frustrating at first, but it was a challenge to figure it out, and I always enjoy a good challenge. By the way, i did a quick a search for home generators, and google showed that sears had one one sale for $376, 3500 watt. That was a pretty good price for one that size."

The bottom line is that Frank, and his son, Neil, are on my quick-dial for any future electrical needs. They both explained what they were doing, and why, while they were working (much appreciated as my house is older, with older wiring), and they both are truly delightful people. They're the whole package, and more than worthy of my recommendation!
