replacement windows

They started installing the soffit covers without informing me of the day they intended to start. My tenants are nurses. Some work at night. I wanted to insure that there sleeping schedules would not be disturbed. This was explained when I signed the contract. During the installation of the replacement windows they damaged the drywall around the windows. They refused to repair the damage. They left a mess behind consisting of plaster, window fragments, and dust. The debris covered everything: beds, dressers, carpet, etc. They did not clean up! The windows they installed were not the windows modeled to me. They have a family member who is an attorney. He is treating and rude; he is customer service. If you want to be treated badly, given a product you did not bargain for, and be involved in a law suit, Four Star Aluminum is who you want.
Description of Work: The job was to place vinyl covers over the soffits and provide and install replacement windows in an apartment building.
