Footprints remodeled our bathroom, hallway, and closet. The shower turned out gorgeous and the floor looks great. We ran into a problem with the laundry room floor but the owner came back out on his own time to fix it personally. Highly recommend

A week before my house was to be placed on the market, my 6yo accidentally knocked over a can of white paint onto my hardwood floor. I immediately called the professionals, Footprints Flooring, to have them lead me in the right direction. They were able to come out at a moments notice and did an incredible job blending the dull, discolored area of my hardwood flooring. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

The installation of the laminate flooring went very well and looks marvelous. The installers themselves could not speak English, so communications were difficult. Since we purchased all the materials for the job, the communications became a problem when the workers, accidentally took our plastic underlayment. We pointed this out via text message to the Ben, one of the owners, and they bought a brand new roll for us. Their customer service is beyond reproach! They are very easy to work with, and their installation team is very good.

I hired Footprints to level a floor in my small office (120 sq. ft.) and the project was supposed to be done in one day. After day one only half of it was done and I was told that they needed more material, which raised my cost from $575 to $1035 - almost double! After that, they needed yet more material, which they didn't charge me for. However, after the project was "finished" my floor was still not leveled and I discovered that some of the leveling compound leaked into my kid's room in the basement. So they had to come out again, pour more compound to level the floor and try to clean up the mess in the basement. To me this felt like it's the very first time they did a project like this and had no idea what they were doing.

Ben, the owner, and the gentlemen that did the work were very professional. Ben contacted me right away each time I reached out to him and answered all my questions. The workers did a beautiful job. Very pleased. I will use them again & highly recommend them.

They did a horrible job the first time. He offered to redo the floors, which I agreed to after a lengthy discussion on a 5-day timeline despite it being the holidays. It was verbally agreed that it would be done, but now, with two days left, I am told it will not happen. They were chosen because of promises they are not keeping. I trusted the verbal promises, but now Ben is falling back on his contract. They were the most expensive company, too. So now, every time I look at my floors, I will remember the long list of problems, including an employee being totally unprofessional with screaming and yelling in my front yard.
