FiberCare is an owner-operated company that has been in business for 20 years.We at FiberCare will work to maximize the healthy condition and quality of your indoor environment by extracting from your fabrics maximum amounts of soil, toxins, allergens, pollutants, bacteria, and particulates. Our company will dispose of our cleaning wastewater by procedures deemed environmentally safe by local, state, and federal waste water management authorities. Our cleaning methods and procedures will not effect the stain resistant, wear, or appearance warranties of your carpeting. Our company will only use cleaning solutions that have been selected by FiberCare International when providing the Healthy Home/Business Program. These cleaning solutions are environmentally safe, biodegradable, and have not been tested on animals.

Services we offer

FiberCare offers carpet cleaning, cleaning and hardwood floor cleaning. We also offer extensive water damage repair services. At FiberCare we use the Scotchgard™ Carpet Protection System to protect our finished jobs. Scotchgard™ repels permanent, duct, tile cleaning, upholstery cleaning, water/oil based stains and prevents dry soil buildup.

Paul Ulrich, the owner of Fiber care, was quick to respond to me. He was professional and prompt in his service. I checked with a large carpet cleaning company on their price for the same service and it was QUITE a bit more. I would definitely use Paul again!

I've always really liked them. When we first came back to Louisville after being gone for 6 years, I went to the carpet place for the ones I’d worked and asked them if there was anybody that I specifically that they recommended to clean carpets and do stuff. They recommended the owner of Fiber Care. He was just starting out then, and was a one man show. He was such an efficient busy person and did a very good job. He was also very personal. Now we’ve be here for 10 years and we wouldn’t think of calling anybody else. He was great. He has technicians now, but he started out on his own and he really worked hard. They had to clean all of the carpet out, dry it out and shampoo it. It was a big long job.

THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY GOT HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY CHARGED ME WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. HE GOT THE SPOTS UP THAT I DIDN'T THINK THEY WOULD ABLE GET UP. I COULDN'T GET THEM UP, BUT HE DID.

THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH BUT THEY ALSO DO NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS QUICKLY. IT TAKES THEM ANY WHERE FROM TWO TO FOUR DAYS TO RETURN A CALL. THEY HAVE NOT ALWAYS ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY ARE GOING TO ARRIVE, BUT THEY DO SUCH GOOD WORK I AM WILLING TO WAIT.
