Mr. Fred Couch is the gentleman's name. We are satisfied with our reupholstered piece. We went in and talked to him face to face and looked at his shop. He was a nice fellow and struck me as honest. He gave us an estimate but the work ended up being more. We picked out fabric from samples he had. He picked the couch up and delivered it at no charge. He did what he said he was going to do. I am happy with the results. I would probably use him again but I would be more diligent about negotiating the price.

They specialize in antiques and automobiles. The person who came to work was on time and punctual. He used a computerized method. I would have returned the chair if he had not remodeled it. He did a good job.
