It could not have gone better. I am not sure I have ever seen them work since they are so quiet and efficient, but they sure got the job done. THe neighborhood is envious of my lawn, thanks to Farison, and that's exactly what I was shooting for. It was a mess. They had to kill everything first.

The first year and one/half they were great....big improvement in the lawn....then, it all went south...weeds everywhere....they kept saying wait until fall for pre-emergent...I did that for two years, and never did improve anything. Cancelled contract. Try someone else.

"Keep in mind, unfortunately we can not treat every customer the same day so we do all of our customer in "Routes". We can always break route and get right out to your lawn if we need to, like you mentioned. You as the home owner get the Advantage of being on the lawn everyday, we are only there 6 times out of the year. So your Feedback is crucial to provide your lawn extra care if needed. We are sorry you must call, but it is part of the process. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist you with your lawn."

Not very professional. The office manager was very cocky. The attitude was he was doing me a favor by doing the lawn service. And, if they didnt show up, that was their prerogative. I had a balance on my account when they stopped showing up. Being in business for a long time does not give them the license to treat a customer shabbily.

We pay them per visit. They do an excellent job. We had some problem with some extra weeds that came up after the first treatment this year. They sent someone here and took care of it. The lawn looks great.

Farisons is the best, hands down. If you have tried others as I did but didn't see a huge improvement then get rid of those out of touch companies. Farisons has been very professional, on time and reasonably priced. My lawn has never been so even and uniformed looking as it is now. Angielist gets it right again. Thanks!

Before I left for work, I explained to them that we had used Scott's lawn care for several years, but that they continually missed about 40% of our lawn, and that I had to make numerous phone calls, but to no avail. So I found Farison here on Angie's list, and thought I'd give them a try.
The 2 gentlemen assured me that they knew exactly where to treat the lawn, that they had specific instructions.
Well, I have to tell you! After just one treatment, our lawn is STUNNING! It is green and lush, and healthy! In all the years I was with Scott's, in never, not ever looked this great!
The Farison folks treated our entire property, and did so evenly. They are fantastic, and if you want to pay for lawn care, go with them.
They are the best! Believe me, I have tried the bigger names, but none do the great work Farison does!
My husband and I are still amazed at how great our lawn looks. It has never looked this great before!

Farison Lawn Care did an okay job. There are a few things I'd like to add. Our yard is getting old and it does have a lot of different grasses. I feel like they could be doing a better job on them. They come over 4 times a year to spray.

Overall, the service was good. They seemed very knowledgable, however the came at a premium price, so I decided use someone else moving forward.
