Outstanding from beginning to end.

They secured the fence panels to the posts with self-tapping screws that are not stainless steel so they'll rust. Worse, they secured them to the front side of the fence where they're plainly visible. They spray painted over the screws to try to cover them and they spilled cement on our colored and textured sidewalk. The rep seemed unconcerned when I contacted him. I've heard nothing from them other than receiving the invoice for the balance.

It was great. The guy came out and quoted it. He came out multiple times to make sure that the fence line was where we needed it and to make sure that we had our utilities marked so they won't be digging in to any lines. When there was a problem, we looked at the plan accordingly and he was very helpful with that. They were really easy to work with, he answered the phone every time I called, and he worked with me on the price to get it down a little bit lower than competing bids, which was great.

My salesman Guy was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Timeline they gave was accurate for install. They installed a vinyl coated chain link fence. All top rails were vinyl coated as well. I am very happy with the work. Installers were very nice and professional. Communication could have been better (no calls from anyone on days they worked to let us know they were coming). However, this wasn't a big deal to me and the timeline they gave me on start to finish of project was exact. Being in sales myself, I would recommend more follow up. A simple 30 second phone call to let me know days they were coming out would be my only recommendation. The project went smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs fencing. My elderly neighbor was backing out of his driveway across the street from my backyard. His foot slipped off the brake, and the car ended up in my chain link fence. I called Falls City Fencing that had installed the fencing in 1997. The salesman came by next day and gave me a quote. I talked to the neighbor, and they agreed that the pricing seemed fair. The workers came yesterday and replaced the whole section. I had assumed they would just repair it. Looks great! While they were here, they also replaced several missing metal links that hold up the chain link to the top bar. (These had been chewed off by squirrels sharpening teeth.) They also asked if there was anything else that needed to be repaired. I showed them the double gate that had been out of alignment from the original installation in 1997. They repaired that in under 15 minutes! (The previous owner in 1997 said that it couldn't be changed, and that it had to be installed at this angle.) All in all this was a better experience than the original in 1997. The new owner has only had the company for about a year and half. From the salesman, the workers, the owner...all were polite, listened, respectful of my property, and willing to make this a good experience. The cost was competitve, but the service was excellent. I am very pleased and would do business with them again.

The service was okay. They did a good job building the fence. I think I was flatly taken advantage of because I am a single woman. My understanding was that the fence was going to encompass the whole yard. What they did was just the yard out to my neighbor's fence. She has a chain link fence and I have a privacy fence and they just took it to the neighbor's fence. It had nothing to do with the guys building the fence; they did a great job. It was the guy who did the contract for me. My understanding with the contract was that they were going to do the whole fence and they wanted another $800 to finish it. I have a privacy fence on three sides of my house and the other side is their chain link fence. The builders did a great job on the fence; it was the guy who did the contract that screwed me. He was the only guy that I had a problem with.
