Samsung recommended this company as their authorized repair company. I set up an appointment with them 3 days in advance. I took the day off work,They were supposed to show up between 10 an 12. At 12:15 I called to see where the serviceman was, he said he would be heading my way in 15 minutes. 3 hours later there was still no one here. Now they won't answer the phone at the office, the voicemail is full, and the cell number for the tech supposed to be here won't answer his phone or texts either. Very frustrating. Horrible company! Shame on Samsung for keeping them as an authorized company for their products.
Description of Work: Was supposed to come look at and fix my dishwasher.
