Concrete Repair
Ernst Concrete charged me incorrectly and I had a dispute on my credit card company. The workers were late, they were just standing right outside and I had to pay for their labor. The truck was an hour late and the concrete was setting up in the truck. When they got here, the concrete got thick really fast and they had to work harder and they wouldn't reimburse me for that. They lied to us and told us that they were near our street and 40 minutes later, they still weren't here.

I WAS THERE AT THE POUR, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE DRIVER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL. WE HAD EVERYTHING READY FOR HIM. HE DIDN'T DAMAGE ANYTHING. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS. THE CONCRETE WAS VERY THICK AT FIRST, BUT HE WATERED IT DOWN AND EVERYTHING WENT VERY WELL.
