 + -1 moreTHEY WERE NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEY WERE REALLY LATE THE DAY THEY CAME OUT HERE. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO SEE IF THEY FORGOT ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT. AFTER THEY LEFT MY COMPUTER WAS STILL CRASHING AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE AN EXPLANATION. THEY ADVISED THAT I CLEAN MY HARD DRIVE AND START OVER.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED UP SOME SPY WARE OFF MY HARD DRIVE.
