It was a good experience. The one item I had a disappointment with was that I requested a specific model and was told in two occasions that they would have that model for me. I did not get that model within the range of cars that I was renting. The service was good. I was not quite ready when I was there when I was told it was ready, but it was not in the premises. I had to wait.

The great thing about Enterprise Rent-A-Car is that they pick me up at the dealership while my car is probably done. They drive to you to get to you, you come back to Enterprise and get a car ans so forth and so on and then they do the same thing when you return the car and they drive you to the dealer. It's very helpful and they don't all do that. They are really really good. The car was fine.

They have good prices very reasonable for a car rental. If I call and reserve a car they will process the paper work rather fast. I have no problems whenever I go in to rent a car. They have great customer service. We will continue to use them in the future.
