TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.  First, it is very difficult to get service. They are way understaffed.  Once we did get service, we found that they would not give us the prices of the tile.  We were repeatedly told, "We don't want to scare you off, your contractor will get a much better price, so we don't want to tell you MSRP."  They made a very convincing case for a pebbled shower floor.  We told them our timeframe and they assured us that they would have NO problem meeting the deadline.  A few days before our job was to start, we learned that they could not get the floor and that we just needed to pick out something else.  That was it. NO attempt to find something similar.  Then, we learned that one of the accent pieces we picked out, (again after being told that the prices were very reasonable) was $35 per square foot. 
Bottom line- Terrible service, lack of honesty,and inability to get their own products in stock even with a month's lead time.  Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use Emser Tile.
