So, to summarize, the customer service folks were absolutely wonderful and did everything they could to try to make the situation right and to my satisfaction. With regard to the representative(s) here in the Louisville, Ky area, I STRONGLY advise to stay away from them.
The customer service folks just called while I was finishing this review. I told the customer service rep, a different one, the entire story. His response, I had gotten the appointment time wrong and can I offer you a $50 certificate toward your flooring? I said no, I'm not doing business with your company and ended the call.
