They are a very frustrating company to deal with. They present themselves as if they provide top notch customer service, they will make a world of promises and then studiously avoid you when you try to follow up on a timeline of fulfillment. Specifically when we moved in our house 6 weeks ago the agent committed to doing a one time yard cleanup (the yard was and still is a mess). It has been nothing but a comedy of errors and what I think is obfuscation and purposeful appeasement with no intention of following through on promises made. Finally after losing it with the supposed "owner" of the company (I'm not even sure about that), she is coming to see for herself tomorrow. I hope the situation improves, but I'm not holding my breath.
