The gentleman that came to do the heating inspection spent two hours down stairs just looking over our heating system.  The filter kept falling over and he fixed that and I appreciate that.  He just made sure that everything is running properly and is in its proper order.

Elder technician visited my house on Monday, 1/26/15 and thoroughly inspected the unit without my having to be there, which was a great convenience. He called me identifying the problem as a failed defroster board on the unit. He didn't have the part, but would return the next day to replace it. Technician returned the next day as promised, replaced the part and called to let me know that it was fixed and working as it should. A totally hassle free experience!

It was perfect. They were timely and efficient and did a great job. We are very happy with how cool its keeping the house.

They did a good job. They clean up after themselves after they've done their work. They were professional. They were personable. Doug, their team leader and the crew and ndash; I'm pleased with them. I live in a 110-year old house and the one of the oldest family, one of the brother, one of the owners or whoever came and run the job because of course this house is old and I just couldn't more impress with them.

They were prompt and reliable... I have used them for over 8 years
However I will never use them again after their Tech Roy Little new very little on how to fix my AC... came twice to fix a leak
was suppose to come before 4th of July... never showed ... there were 3 days it was over 100 degrees and was 96 in my house.
I had to have contractors that work at my job that do industrial work to come look at my leak and fix on their off time... had my A coil replaced and pan with a larger copper line run outside... When I called Elder to let them know I had it fixed by someone else they seem less than concerned. Needless to say they lost me as a customer. Oh.. they did upgrade my thermostat, but had not idea how to program it... was left to call the 800 number on the Honeywell manual to get assistance.

This is an amazing company they beat everyone's price by thousands and fixed my ductwork that I screwed up. They put in a 95% efficiency unit and a 2.5 ton AC unit both of which were Carrier models, they work quick and get the job in all to have my unit done in one day they ended up having 3 different crews working on it making sure the job was done and done right. I was impressed with their quality of work and level of intensity to get the job done. A++++ I just can't say enough good things about this company I would and have recommended them to several and only regret not using them sooner.
