I purchased a home from Graham Goldsmith brokered by Edenside Realators. The agent/seller misled me as a first time home buyer. He had said all agreed upon repairs would be completed and were not. He did not act in good faith and has no attempt to reply to my emails/calls/voicemails/texts. I also spoke with broker and he had said he would reach out to Graham and I still have had no attempted response.
