+ -1 morein Nov 2016 a service person came and looked at the fireplace. in early December, having heard nothing I called and called without getting a return call and finally went to the store. on Dec. 14 the manager said they would have the owner get with me "at some point". not having heard by 12/20 I sent in a comment card noting the lack of response. as of today 2/5, I have still not heard anything. while they may be provide quality [I cannot verify] I would NEVER recommend them. absolutely terrible customer service!
