Gary Glanz and his team were prompt in the arrival from the very first day. They were able to remove all of my duct work and rearrange a few of my heat vents. The installation of the furnace and AC unit went as planned and Gary kept me informed of each step along the way.

I had been given some info on different price range furnaces and over the next couple of days, all my questions were responded to within minutes. Once I made a final decision to go with a 95%-2stage Lennox, scheduling was set up for installation. They arrived on time, worked all day, as this furnace required an entirely different venting system, and returned within two days to complete minor details. All this was done with concern for my schedule and needs. Eastern Heating and A/C is one of the most responsive, customer-oriented companies I have ever used. I used them once before 2 months prior to the furnace,when they came out to check a blocked drain line for me within an hour of my call. It was an easy choice to call them for the servicing While I certainly did not want the expense of a new furnace, Eastern made the purchase and installation a reasonably pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

The men at Eastern really care about the work they maintain and they also back their work. They are responsive to all my inquiries and will even return to my home if they need to re-check something. I was very satisfied with their representation and will use them for now on. This work was covered under warranty so there was no cost to me.
