Jim was great! This was a new renovation and I hesitated to get an inspection since everything was new. So thankful I did. Jim found multiple plumbing issues. He was exceptionally thorough and very reasonably priced.

The inspection went very well. Jim was very thorough and did a great job explaining what he was looking for. He did a great job explaining what he was looking for. He met my wife and I 2 days later to show all the pictures with captions of what needs to be done with the house. He was accessible to answer questions and was very professional.

Jim performed the inspection on Saturday and sat down with us on Sunday afternoon. He provided a detailed report with pictures to illustrate his points. He also included a manual to help us understand our home as new home owners.

We asked for a Sunday appointment because it was the only good weather day in several weeks. Jim had no problem helping us out. He arrived before us and made contact with the owner. He is very thorough in his work. He didn't miss anything. The house is in excellent shape but he still found 50 minor repairs. The report is detailed and he meets with customers to review the findings. We asked him 100's of questions and he gave very detailed answers.
